Bondage Reflections – Pink Latex Dominatrix in Progress

Pink Latex Dominatrix

Some of the best stuff started as a “throwaway” or “discard.” For example, Superfreak by Rick James was actually filler material. Some of the best Beatles songs were actually the B-sides. The first iconic works from The Pizz were painted on thrift store canvases and frames.

I still have issues with wasting stuff. I’m typing this from a desk made from a recycled coffee table and my monitor stand is actually a table leaf from the dining room.  So when I was at my vanilla gig with some down time, I needed something to draw on and an old sketch book and almost all the pages were used. But I had a page of old notes, and thought, well, let’s just play with this, I’ll do the backgrounds in black, and fill the space. If it doesn’t work, nobody cares.

And I kept going with it, having to keep it almost safe for work in case someone saw it. In December of last year, I took it off the sketchbook so I could finish it at home with the not safe for work last touch. Once again, I thought, if the little bondage bunny with an anal hook doesn’t work out, I can just cover that up with ink.

But, it was working. I had a night filling in the pink hair. I began to think through if I wanted to add more colors. The subbie was going to be in blue, but this isn’t really about her. This piece is really about the latex Domme.

It’s just about done. My plan is to custom cut a mat for it. But I may scan this in and use it for some promo stuff, maybe blow it up for Torture Garden Los Angeles, DomCon New Orleans, or Lair at AVN. We’ll see.
