Fetish Art: WTF Was I Thinking!?

I took a seriously wrong turn here

Sometimes, a piece works. Sometimes I gotta look back and say what the fuck!? This fetish art piece incorporates a lot of stuff I love. Fetish shoes and spurs, stockings with cool patterns, Goddess symbolism such as the multiple breasts, fire, a strap on, and a mandala ripped right off from Robert Williams.

Obviously, it’s not a great piece though. I’ve got to look back on this one, laugh and share the laugh.

What made this piece even funnier is how and when it happened. I know I was slipping. I was living with Amber in an area called the Palms, over by Culver City. I had almost no connection with the BDSM community. My attempt to start a munch had failed miserably. Amber and I were invited by her friends to go to Renaissance Faire.

So, I’m there, and I do what I do. I draw. I’m drawing this. Now, Faire people can be pretty easy going. They can also be pretty damned kinky on their own. Occasionally a Faire person would look over and compliment the piece. However, the tourists apparently thought I was part of the goddamn Ren Faire! A couple of people pointing are one thing, but I was hounded by mundanes trying to show their kids my smut. I drew the line when someone hoisted their spawn onto their shoulder to get a better view of what “the nice man was drawing,” and when asked, I responded that it was a Goddess with a big strap-on dildo.

They seemed unphased.  How I completely this, I’m not entirely sure.
