Count Boogie created Book Smarts, a line of paddles made from used books like The Bible, The Book of Mormon, and other titles. I wonder if he would make something from this.

The History and Arts of The Dominatrix

Damn this a thick book! Author Anne O Nomis, A.K.A. Lady Louella, sent me an e-mail about her new book, The History and Arts of the Dominatrix. Don’t let the color photos fool you. According to her e-mail, she’s packed this with over 80 illustrations from Dommes throughout history, in a hardcover edition limited to 2,000 copies. Each book is a numbered collector’s edition.

Dang! I wish she’d asked to include a few of my illustrations. I did create a line of Dominatrix Calendars in the 90’s after all  🙂

Copies of her book are available through Amazon, but seeing as they won’t let me have an affiliate account, and Amazon wants to take a good chunk of the revenue Lady Louella would make off the sales, I advise you check out her site first at http://historyofthedominatrix.com.

Fetish Cartoon: Happy Thanksgiving!

Happy Fetish Thanksgiving!

I just could not resist. The past two weeks have been so fucking nuts I seriously contemplated walking off the night gig. As a matter of fact, I’m working tonight.

Thanksgiving day has been a rare moment to catch part of my breath. Most of my artistic time has been taking up working on Throne Fun. It’s inked in and there is a lot of color work to be done. I spent about an hour and a half on it today. I’ve wanted to do a Thanksgiving day fetish cartoon based on “Freedom From Want” the iconic Thanksgiving Day painting by Norman Rockwell. Problem was my idea was way too detailed for all the chaos that’s been coming in lately.

Then, as I was finishing up some things, I had flash of inspiration for the piece above. It’s kooky, but I’m loving it and want to take it further. It also was a great way for me to try some Photoshop shortcuts that helped save some time. I have no idea how you get latex on a turkey, but that’s the great thing about cartoons!

Happy Thanksgiving everyone! Throne Fun may not be finished by Sunday. If not, I’ll have a smaller piece completed. Before then, I have great news. The copy of Venus In Furs, translated and illustrated by Sardax came in! I’ve read it and will post a review by Sunday.

Fetish Boot Art: These Boots Are made For Kicking Ass!

Fetish Clip Art: Flaming Boot

These boots are made for kicking ass and taking names. You didn’t think I’d keep that joke about sucking chrome off a trailer hitch on top for more than a day or so did you?

These boot art pieces have been kicking around (couldn’t resist) for a long time. The one up top here is from a doodle I started a long while back. I spent about four hours today coloring it in, adding highlights, and tweaking the flames.

I’m getting some better techniques down for adding in color and highlights for latex and fetish gear. The purple highlights came in very well.

Fetish art: Silver Boot

I’m finding  myself getting some giggles out of this. This piece was actually for the Niteflirt profile of Lady Bastette. Her web page background was black, and I used silver gel pen on black for fetish art images that would intrigue, but not violate the TOS of the free web service. I can’t believe the page is still up. I can’t believe we did it on Tripod. Wow, this was long time ago. She’s no longer taking calls, but a couple of her recordings are still up on Lady Bastette’s Femdom Niteflirt profile.

You can actually find some of the rare samples of my fetish photography on both sites. We had planned on taking this further, but other things came up.

I’m including both of these fetish boot art pieces in the fetish clip art gallery. They may make their way onto Cafe Press or other merchandise in the future.

Speaking of Cafe Press! Yes, the Fetish Art Cafe Press Page is still open. It crashed last week, right after people began buying too. It is taking forever to load (I thought it was just my computer having problems). Major changes to the Cafe Press page are coming. If anything, what I may to to make shopping easier is create a gallery here with links to the items available on Cafe Press.

For merchandise with full nudity or hardcore art, I’m working with some friends of mine to come up with goods you can buy directly. I’ll post as soon as we have something you can get your hands on.
