No, alas, this piece will not be showing, but there will be some great art on display and you can get cinched up by Simone of Exquisite Restraint or Guy Perry.
Bad news first, Rick didn’t go nuts over my submission post and scream that I absolutely must be showing at his gallery. But the good news is he said he would consider my work for group shows in the future, specifically BDSM and cartoon art!
He did add me to his mailing list regarding shows and events, and there’s something coming up worth noting. Antebellum gallery has been doing a corset themed exhibition, featuring photography and artwork of corsets, and corset lovers.
Ok, I don’t think this exactly will be going on at the gallery, but we can dream 🙂
Next Wednesday Thursday, June 5th, in keeping with the corset themed exhibition at Antebellum in Hollywood. Rick Castro will be hosting a tea social, along with my friend Simone of Exquisite Restraint. Doors open at 5:00 P.M. and the social goes until around seven in the evening.
Kicking myself for not having gotten through to Rick Castro sooner. I’ve got plenty of pieces I could have contributed 🙂
There’s a $10 cover, but that covers tea, snacks, live music, and the opportunity to be cinched up by Simone and Guy Perry.
Did we mention this is also an art exhibit!? I’d show Rick’s Woman, Once a Bird, here, but I’m not sure if it would be 2257 compliant on this site, and I don’t have his permission. (But I can link to it, can’t I?) Artists exhibiting include Steve Diet Goedde, Dave Naz, Tommy O (great buddy from fetish events like Bondage Ball), Asa Fox, Meghan O’keffe and many more.
