Update: It’s Friday, I’m still alive, but running low on time before having to do a short run on the night gig. I’ll be attending Threshold’s My Kinky Valentine Saturday. I can’t vend, but I’ll still bring some kinky V-Day cards and might be able to strike up a deal with a vendor or simply donate some for silent auction. Oh hell, I’m down to lips and hooves. You see, it’s not really Friday. It’s last Sunday night and I’m going through my digital archives looking so I can schedule updates for the week. I’ve completely blown my wad on V-Day art, (on occasion almost literally, TMI I know).
It’s been a long weekend and I am exhausted. If you’re reading this, I’ve passed out in front of the laptop, my cat has started eating me and Sherry’s finding a way to cash my affiliate checks and hide the body. The site must go on without me.
Surprisingly, this piece isn’t showing up in my search engines except for in the Dominatrix Calendar Galleries. Which means if you haven’t seen this piece before, check out the galleries! There’s some good stuff in there!
I’m trying really hard to remember the origins. What I can tell you is this piece started out as a color commission for a wonderful Domme in Florida. She was a widow in retirement, and we met in a chat room. We were great friends and I’m very proud to have known her.
The piece was for her and her subbie. The original was clothed in Renascence garb, and I believe it was for a tattoo. It was a heart warming piece, and screamed to be taken a step further. I drew up the harder version above, which drew much praise from kinky fans, and the Femdom art piece made it into the Dominatrix Calendar that year.
It has a nickname, which is driving me crazy. My friends call it Snow White, obviously no relation to the cartoon, but those have often been the first words uttered when seen. I believe the Domme’s online name was Snow White, but I’ve had to seriously reconsider. I may be confusing her nickname with another close friend.
Regardless, this romantic Femdom art piece is something I’m proud of, and I’m very glad to share it here just a few days before Valentine’s day.
