The tricky part is, The Dungeon Store doesn’t go the route of The Stockroom and Extreme Restraints, showing models for several reasons. Product doesn’t need a model release. It keeps The Dungeon Store safe for work. And The Dungeon Store keeps out of the debate on inclusivity. There’s no body image issues, because there’s literally nobody modeling the product.
There’s several differences with my approach to this though. These clips are not catalogs, they’re just visualization. I can also begin to move some attention to demographics by using inclusivity AND approaching where The Dungeon Store has done sales in the past. For example, The Dungeon Store has done a lot of traditionally leatherman shows, like CLAW. I can also experiment with art of People of Color, and different body types, growing my experience with the art itself.
And this is strictly experimental. There’s no budget, no direction, and no deadlines. These pieces are primarily content for my social media, that can just happen send love to The Dungeon Store.
This piece above is of a subbie in bondage. The top is using a violet wand and conductive rope from The Dungeon Store. Attached to the wand is a Lumie, one of the accessories made in house by The Dungeon Store, and the rope allows the crackling feel to spread across the skin.
