New Profanity has a new group show coming called “Peace of Mind.” It’s about what brings the artists peace and given there’s no rest for the wicked like myself, I vaporlocked at the thought.
My mind first thought of this as a joke, and I almost discarded it. But something latched on. Even if this isn’t about my piece of mind, I thought of so many sex workers and Dommes on Twitter lately and all the expectations women are under. I realized that for a lot of my peers in kink and fetish, just a moment of piece is important. This notion of “fuck off world, just let me be” came to mind.
There’s a little more to this, but I’ll explain more when I get to my laptop.
