Ok, so you saw clothespin guy from Sunday. The model was actually hunched over in an odd pose. So I drew his bottom half, and did the rest based on sketches I did earlier.
This one I’m still wrapping my head around. Before you think this is all at a bar , he’s actually leaning on a mantle while standing on a coffee table, but the pose definitely looks like he’s cruising at the bar. I drew the boots on him, and have been trying to figure a way to make it look like he’s in latex or leather, but he’s just so damned toned.
These are just quick sketches. We do quick sketches in a variety of poses. I don’t know why they do them so fast, but I’ve used that to get some muscle definition and lines for use as reference for other work.
This is the piece on Twitter Monday. It was one of the longer poses, and I believe this is one of the leatherman sketches with the most potential. He was actually sitting on the coffee table, but it was a perfect angle to use for a Dom/sub type of drawing.
This piece got some of the most compliments and was one of the quick sketches. I consider myself lucky I got it together just in time. You can see it overlap with a quick sketch I did from Miss Cassie’s Rope munch, which I’ll discuss a little further down. I know, this is a very man-heavy post, but that’s the thing about fetish and leather. There’s a lot of crossover. When I was in the bay area, I went to a lot of parties with mixed company and I remember all sorts of scenes. This piece almost didn’t make it. Only part of his back is showing, he’s hunched, and you can’t see much of his head. But after I got the body down, I saw ways to make him stand out. The boots came first. Then his ass just screamed for a jock strap. The gas mask really adds a heavy bit of fetish to this.
To wrap things up, this won’t make it as a major piece. This came from Miss Cassie’s Rope munch. The idea is the ropes cross over the legs in an Indian style position. Once tied, you can flip the subject backward for exposure of the crotch as shown. Tied up in the position, it’s interesting because it allows you relax and push against the ropes. This drawing will most likely end up in another piece as part of the background.
It’s late, I’m heading to bed. Meanwhile Domcon Atlanta is this weekend. Mistress Cyan and her crew are already there setting things up. I’ll have a little more to tell on Tuesday.
