Only a few days left until V-Day and I am running far behind. While Threshold’s My Kinky Valentine was a good event on Saturday, it didn’t pan out for me. On the bright side, it was good meeting up with friends, and I do intend to squeeze in a brief rundown of what you may have missed.
This bit of romantic Femdom art above was inspired my the ex that lured me down to Los Angeles. We met at Baycon, and she had a huge love for furries and a touch of cosplay. If I remember right, I premiered the color pencil version of this piece at Confurence. If I can find a higher-rez version, it may make it up onto Cafe Press.
Saturday, I got a message from someone I met at the Lair last week. He wanted to commission a V-day drawing, and I started right away while at Threshold. The piece is inked in already and I’m finishing the piece in color tonight. If all goes well, I’ll show it off on Thursday.
Sunday, I was inking the piece in at the F.J. Lincoln memorial. I knew him briefly while at AVN and actually suggested we bring him on at SLLAB when the boss wanted a roster of high-end porn directors. The drawing got some great feedback and it was great to see friends such as Tod Hunter, Sean Michaels, Bonnie from AVN, Kylie Ireland, Mark, Jared and of course Luc & Alexandra.
In happier news F.J. would enjoy, Sean Michaels’ birthday is around the corner, a party is planned. I’ll have details soon.
That’s the skinny. I’ve got a press release to write up regarding Miss Rubber World, the Valentine commission to finish, bills to pay, and at least two more updates to whip out this week. Told ya I was running behind.
